Enhance would be the thing that'd have to take the hit. It's a lot better than in many other cases where the best soulbind overlaps and you'd have to deal with the annoying 'conduit energy tokens' or, what's unfortunately specifically true for enhancement, where the ability is great for one but useless for the other spec. Ele and resto can even share a lot of their gear with the int weapon/shield and both like crit as secondary IIRC. Heimir for ele also synergizes well (specially with reveries and stormkeeper aligning). The covenant ability is great for both and as resto emeni with the group buff feels quite nice, plus with the primal tide core legendary to get even more value out of riptide the covenant is awesome. He can play necrolords, use heimir for ele and emeni for resto and is actually covered quite well for both specs. While you're absolutely right OP with ele/resto has one of the few cases where it's relatively easy to multispec efficiently. Filter your r/wow experience with this guide!.
